Одной из сложных проблем современного водохозяйственного строительства, осуществляемого на важных в ыбохозяйственном отношении реках России, является проблема охраны и воспроизводства рыбных запасов. Отрицательное влияние на рыбные запасы оказывают водозаборы для орошения, водоснабжения и энергетического назначения, являющиеся, как правило, самыми многочисленными и объемными. Гибель рыбы и кормовых организмов при эксплуатации гидротехнических сооружений приводит к нарушению непрерывного биологического процесса восстановления рыбных запасов и в значительной степени снижает усилие рыбохозяйственной отрасли, предпринимаемые для их сохранения. При работе гидроузлов сохраняется сток рек и происходит его перераспределение по времени. Для уменьшения отрицательного воздействия гидротехнического строительства на рыбное хозяйство предусмотрена система рыбозащитных мероприятий, включающих охрану среды обитания рыб, сохранения путей нерестовых, зимовальных и кормовых миграций рыб, защиту рыбы в зоне влияния водозаборных сооружений, компенсационные мероприятия. Выполнено обобщение и анализ действующих конструкций рыбозащиты для каждого объекта мелиорации в зависимости от конкретной их ихтиологической и рыбохозяйственной характеристики. На основании экспериментальных и натурных исследований приводятся рекомендации по защите рыб на водозаборах разной производительности.One of the complicated problems of the present-day water management construction carried out on the important fishery rivers of Russia is the problem of protection and reproduction of fish resources. Water intakes for irrigation, water supply and energy purposes which are, as a rule, the most numerous and voluminous negatively influence fish resources. Death of fish and food organisms during the operation of hydraulic structures leads to disruption of the continuous biological process of restoration of fish supplies and significantly reduces the efforts of the fishery industry to preserve them. During the operation of hydropower facilities, the river flow is preserved and there occurs its redistribution in time. To reduce the negative impact of hydro technical construction on fisheries, a system of fish protection measures is provided including protection of the fish habitat, preservation of spawning, wintering and feed migration routes of fish, protection of fish in the zone of influence of water intake structures and compensation measures. Generalization and analysis of the existing fish protection structures for each land reclamation object has been performed depending on their specific ichthyologic and fishery characteristics. Based on experimental and field studies, recommendations are given for the protection of fish at water intakes of various capacities.
