В работе приведена оценка влияния различных методов управления водными и земельными ресурсами на изменение годового стока воды для лет разной водообеспеченности в реке Шешма республики Татарстан. Для решения поставленной цели в статье проведен обзор источников и причин загрязнения земельных и водных ресурсов, а также современных методов снижения их загрязнения. По результатам обзора составлена классификация основных направлений в целях снижения загрязнения тяжелыми металлами и пестицидами земельных и водных ресурсов. Выполнен обзор и анализ причин и методов загрязнения земельных объектов, а также методов предупреждения загрязнения водных объектов тяжелыми металлами и пестицидами.На основании проведенных исследований составлен ряд классификаций: классификации оценки опасности формирования диффузионных загрязнений для сельскохозяйственных земель, классификация мероприятий по снижению загрязнения водных ресурсов диффузионными стоками с сельскохозяйственных территорий и классификация методов предупреждения загрязнения водных ресурсов стоками с мелиорируемых земель и сельских территорий.The impact of the different measures on water and land resources management on the annual river water fl ow for the different flow probability of the river Sheshma in the Republic of Tatarstan is estimated in the paper. To achieve the goal, the authors consider the sources of pollution of land and water resources, as well as modern measures on pollution reduction. Basing on the results of the research, a classification of the main measures on pollution reduction of land and water resources contaminated with heavy metals and pesticides has been developed. The review and analysis of the sources of pollution of land, as well as measures on pollution prevention of water bodies with heavy metals and pesticides are carries out too. On the basis of the researches the following classifications are developed: estimation of diffusion pollution danger for the agricultural lands; measures to decrease pollution of water resources with diffusion and drainage water coming from the agricultural territories; measures on water pollution prevention which comes with drainage fl ow from the reclaimed lands and rural territories.
