В статье рассмотрены вопросы оценки эффективности функционирования сложных технических систем. Предложен метод оценки сложных технических систем с учетом особенностей связей элементов, входящих в нее, и характеризующихся не только вероятностными параметрами, но и с точки зрения эффективности их функционирования. Предложенные теоретические основы метода оценки эффективности функционирования сложных технических систем, предполагающие использование математического аппарата, характеризующего интенсивность изменения параметров технической системы в заданных границах, позволяют прогнозировать оптимальные временные интервалы операций технического обслуживания и ремонта. Сложная техническая система рассматривается с точки зрения параметров эффекта и затрат на его достижения, выраженных параметрической функцией. Повышение эффективности технического обслуживания и ремонта путем моделирования и оптимизации ремонтных воздействий предполагает внедрение новых средств оперативной и непрерывной диагностики параметров. Внедрение метода оценки эффективности функционирования сложных технических систем позволяет осуществлять прогнозирование параметрической надежности, выявления потенциальных отказов и их предупреждение. //The article deals with the issues of evaluating the effectiveness of the functioning of complex technical systems. A method for evaluating complex technical systems is proposed, taking into account the peculiarities of the connections of the elements included in it, and characterized not only by probabilistic parameters, but also in terms of the effectiveness of their functioning. The proposed theoretical foundations of the method for evaluating the effectiveness of the functioning of complex technical systems, which involve the use of a mathematical apparatus that characterizes the intensity of changes in the parameters of a technical system within given boundaries, make it possible to predict the optimal time intervals for maintenance and repair operations. A complex technical system is considered from the point of view of the parameters of the effect and the cost of achieving it, expressed by a parametric function. Improving the efficiency of maintenance and repair by modeling and optimizing repair impacts involves the introduction of new tools for operational and continuous diagnostics of parameters. The introduction of a method for evaluating the effectiveness of the functioning of complex technical systems makes it possible to predict parametric reliability, identify potential failures and prevent them.
