Сделан анализ банковской задолженности физических лиц в России, уровня инфляции и уровня дохода населения, просроченных банковских платежей от общей задолженности. Рассмотрен опыт Россельхозбанка в решении проблемы снижения банковской задолженности населения. Рассмотрены меры и подходы, предлагаемые Министерством финансов для решения проблемы. /The analysis of the bank debt of individuals in Russia, the level of inflation and the level of income of the population, overdue bank payments from the total debt is made. The experience of the Russian Agricultural Bank in solving the problem of reducing the bank debt of the population is considered. The measures and approaches proposed by the Ministry of Finance to solve the problem are considered.
