The theoretical aspects of grain trade for fodder and food needs are considered through the exchange mechanism, both on the external and internal grain markets. The mechanism of intervention purchases, the possibility of its application through the exchange, is considered. The necessity of state control and stimulation of grain export through the state procurement agent with application of the exchange logistics infrastructure for the grain delivery convenience is considered.
