В статье представлены результаты анализа современного рынка кофезаменителей. В работе рассмотрены существующие на данный момент аналоги растворимых кофезаменителей и доля отечественных производителей данного типа продукции. Рассмотрены методы повышения рентабельности их производства, возможности внедрения технологии их изготовления на существующих линиях по производству растворимого кофе. В качестве основных результатов, представлено описание существующих кофейных напитков. Приведены выводы относительно рентабельности масштабного внедрения аналогов кофезаменителей на современный рынок. /The article presents the results of the analysis of the modern market of coffee substitutes. The work considers the currently existing analogues of instant coffee substitutes and the share of domestic manufacturers of this type of product. Methods for increasing the profitability of their production, the possibility of introducing the technology of their manufacture on existing lines for the production of instant coffee are considered. As the main results, a description of existing coffee drinks is presented. Conclusions are given regarding the profitability of large-scale introduction of coffee substitute analogues into the modern market.
