Молокопроизводство – одна из важнейших статей производства сельскохозяйственной продукции. Молоко является одним из пунктов продовольственной безопасности страны, однако из-за трудности организации, ненадлежащих условий содержания скота, недостатка научной базы производство молочной продукции затрудненно. Для повышения экономической эффективности производства необходимо изучить сдерживающие его факторы. Сделать это можно на примере лидера молочного производства РФ – республики Татарстан./Dairy production is one of the most important items of agricultural production. Milk is one of the points of food security in the country, however, due to the difficulty of organization, inadequate livestock conditions, and lack of scientific base, dairy production is difficult. To increase the economic efficiency of production, it is necessary to study the factors constraining it. This can be done using the example of the leader of dairy production in the Russian Federation – the Republic of Tatarstan.
