Рассматривается усовершенствованный способ очистки закрытых горизонтальных дренажных систем в зоне орошения. Технологический процесс очистки от наносов осуществляется за счет протаскивания лебедками специального троса с ершом, предварительно уложенных внутри горизонтального закрытого дренажа при первичной очистке с помощью машины ПДТ-200, через регулируемые и неподвижные блоки. При этом ерш имеет возможность отклоняться и вращаться по продольной оси дренажной трубы, а монтажные рамы устанавливаются в смотровые колодцы, фиксируются болтами и последовательно переустанавливаются из одного колодца в другой. Применение данного способа позволяет снизить трудоемкость, сократить количество используемых дорогих мелиоративных машин, специальных шлангов и насосного оборудования, использование ручного труда, уменьшить количество расходуемой воды. Этот способ существенно повысит производительность, качество и надежность технологического процесса за счет устранения имеющихся недостатков при проведении весенне-осенней очистки закрытого горизонтального дренажа. Эффективность способа заключается в повышении производительности и качества очистки закрытого горизонтального дренажа от наносов,а также в резком снижении уровня минерализованных грунтовых вод. / The article discusses an advanced method for cleaning closed horizontal drainage systems in the irrigation zone. The technological process of cleaning from sediment is carried out by dragging winches of a special cable with a ruff, previously laid inside the horizontal closed drainage during primary cleaning with the help of the PDT-200 machine, through adjustable and fixed blocks. While the ruff has the ability to deviate and rotate along the longitudinal axis of the drainage pipe, and the mounting frames are installed in the inspection wells, fixed with bolts and sequentially re-installed from one well to another. The use of this method allows you to reduce the labor intensity, reduce the number of expensive reclamation machines used, special hoses and pumping equipment, as well as the use of manual labor and the consumption of a large amount of water. The improved method will significantly increase the productivity, quality and reliability of the technological process by eliminating the shortcomings in the spring and autumn cleaning of closed horizontal drainage. The effectiveness of the improved method is to increase the productivity and quality of cleaning the closed horizontal drainage from sediments, as well as to a sharp decrease in the level of mineralized groundwater.
