Методика позволяет подобрать необходимые для функционирования или улучшить уже имеющиеся на предприятии процессы, тем самым увеличив эффективность работы организации./A methodology has been developed for assessing the level of standardization and digitalization of processes of technical service enterprises. As a result of the research, the processes of the standardization system were identified and their maturity levels were determined. The methodology allows you to select the processes necessary for functioning or improve the existing ones at the enterprise, thereby increasing the efficiency of the organization.
