В статье приведены рекомендации по совершенствованию аналитического учета затрат основного производства с учетом отраслевых особенностей мясоперерабатывающих организаций. Рассмотрена методика бухгалтерского (финансового) учета прямых и косвенных затрат с использованием рекомендуемых авторами счетов аналитического учета. /The article provides recommendations for improving the analytical accounting of the costs of the main production, taking into account the industry characteristics of meat processing organizations. The methodology of accounting (financial) accounting of direct and indirect costs using the analytical accounting accounts recommended by the authors is considered.
